Refund Policy

1. Donations Are Non-Refundable

All donations made to The P.U.R.P.O.S.E. Society are final and non-refundable.
As a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we issue immediate tax-deductible receipts and allocate donations toward our active programs, campaigns, and community initiatives.

Because funds are used promptly to support our mission, we cannot offer refunds once a contribution has been processed.

2. Incorrect Donation Amount or Error

If you believe an error occurred in your donation (such as a duplicate charge or incorrect amount), please contact us within 7 calendar days of the transaction.
We will review your request and verify it with our payment processor (PayPal or Wix Payments).

Requests must include:

  • Full name

  • Donation amount

  • Date of donation

  • Proof of payment (confirmation email or transaction ID)

All verified errors will be corrected promptly.

3. Event Tickets or Merchandise

If donations were made in exchange for event tickets, products, or merchandise, those sales may follow separate refund or exchange guidelines, clearly stated on the respective event or product page.

4. Cancellations of Recurring Donations

If you have set up a recurring donation, you may cancel future payments at any time by:
